Monday Wear offers products and services that may include kits, apparel, costumes, accessories, wings, custom or made-to-order pieces, and other Carnival, festival, travel, and lifestyle merchandise.

Products and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or update product information when necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, details, sizing, and images. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, materials, production, or other reasonable variations.

 

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Monday Wear reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, inability to fulfill an order, or other legitimate business reasons.

If Monday Wear cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing checkout.

 

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, deposits, customs charges, and other fees may apply in addition to the listed product price.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed upon by Monday Wear.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order services require a consultation before production begins.

During the consultation process, applicable design details, measurements, sizing, pricing, event dates, timelines, and other requirements will be reviewed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information and reviewing the agreed details before approving production.

​

Custom and made-to-order purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and are generally final sale once production or material purchasing has begun.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, processing times, local pickup requirements, international shipping information, and oversized-item shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Monday Wear's control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, and other destination-country charges.

 

Wings & Oversized Shipping

Wings and certain oversized products may require specialty packaging.

A $100 refundable oversized shipping deposit may be collected at checkout and applied toward the final shipping cost.

Final shipping costs are determined after packing based on the shipment and destination. Additional shipping charges may be required before shipment, or an unused portion of the deposit may be refunded, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

 

Returns, Refunds & Final Sale

All sales are final except in circumstances addressed by our Returns & Refunds Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, custom-order details, and applicable policies before purchasing.

Events & Travel

Monday Wear is not responsible for changes, cancellations, postponements, or other circumstances involving Carnivals, festivals, travel plans, parties, or other events associated with a customer's purchase.

Changes to an event or a customer's travel plans do not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation or refund.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the website for unlawful activity, or engage in conduct that could harm Monday Wear, its customers, or its services.
