SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the carrier's estimated transit or delivery time.

Custom, made-to-order, and specialty items may require additional processing or production time. Applicable timelines will be communicated during the ordering or consultation process.

 

Domestic Shipping

Monday Wear offers shipping within the United States. Available shipping services and rates for standard items are calculated at checkout based on factors including the order, package size and weight, destination, and available carrier services.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

​

International Shipping

Monday Wear ships to eligible international destinations. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed at checkout where available.

​

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, border charges, or other destination-country fees associated with their order. These charges are not included in Monday Wear's shipping charges and are determined by the applicable authorities or service providers.

Monday Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

​

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

​

Wings & Oversized Items

Wings and certain oversized items require specialty packaging and shipping.

​

A $100 refundable oversized shipping deposit is collected at checkout and applied toward the final shipping cost.

​

Once the order is packed and the shipping destination is confirmed, Monday Wear will determine the final shipping cost.

​

If the final shipping cost is less than $100, the unused portion of the shipping deposit will be refunded.

If the final shipping cost exceeds $100, the remaining shipping balance must be paid before the order is shipped.

​

If you choose not to proceed after receiving the final shipping quote, the shipping deposit may be refunded in accordance with the applicable order and cancellation terms. Cancellation or refund eligibility for the merchandise itself is governed separately by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orlando Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Park Central area of Orlando, Florida for eligible orders.

​

Pickup is by appointment only. Customers must wait until they receive a Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.

​

Same-day pickup may be available depending on product availability, order timing, and preparation requirements, but is not guaranteed.

​

Exact pickup instructions will be provided once the order is ready.

​

Carrier & Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, customs, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside Monday Wear's control.

​

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Monday Wear.

​

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Monday Wear as soon as possible.

 

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

 

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.
